Medair Delivered a Critical Shipment from Montreal to Madrid during Coronavirus Outbreak
 

In April 2020, Medair was contacted by a major Canadian research organization to handle logistics for a critical time and temperature-controlled shipment from Montreal (YUL) to Madrid (MAD) over Easter weekend.

 
The COVID-19 pandemic is an evolving situation affecting people and organizations around the world, causing disruptions to supply chain operations including delivery of vital medical research shipments. However, everything was arranged within 24 hours, and Medair’s driver was on the tarmac to tender the lifesaving cargo to a private charter at 6:55PM on Saturday. The precious shipment was then delivered to the hospital after being recovered from the plane & customs cleared the next day at 9:00am. It was a well-orchestrated, seamless delivery of a critical shipment from consignor to consignee.
